Steemit 3 Week Review + Thoughts!

So I been on Steemit for around 3 weeks now. And I want to write down what I think about it. All the photos in this post are from my daily life. I thought some visual stuff can be cool! May add a fun video here and there too!

The first thing I have noticed is that quality truly gets rewarded on Steemit. Compared to other platforms that mostly relies on views and as many clicks as possible on Steemit you get 10X more in return if you produce quality content.

You feel like Leo here when you been on Steemit for 3 weeks! And then your friend come and wonder why you are so happy! Haha.

The main thing that I found works the best is video form content. Why? Because it stands out and it's rare and original content. You can say text can be original content as well but the video form is of a higher form because you reveal yourself more. The good about that is that you create a stronger trust that can increase your reputation. People can attach a face and know now that you truly are a real person. But mostly you stand out more and can gain recognition faster.

Second thing I have noticed is longer text content can work amazing too. Especially if you include some awesome original photos in the article. People love the combination of awesome photos and quality content in form of text. It's about creating an awesome experience for the reader.

Another amazing thing too if you are getting started is to leave quality comments and feedback on more experienced Steemit people's posts. They love to get real feedback and also like to see someone who is dedicated into be their best self. Because it becomes win-win on both sides. People want to give upvotes to people with potential that will invest in the platform.

I invited my friend to the Steemit platform and he was afraid people doesn't want to read long text content. He was talking from his Instagram experience. But that doesn't apply on Steemit! Over here you need just 1 person that truly loves your reading and content and they can give you a massive reward.

You can make good rewards here just by being a commenter which is what makes Steemit awesome. It fits great for so many people and niches.

A great thing to have in mind is to always deliver 10X back in value when someone pays attention to you. Since people love real attention it makes them feel appreciated and it gives them gratitude.

Also what you can do is for example if every time you create something you make it amazing then people will remember you. It shows that you don't want to waste their time. It shows you value their time and want to give them as much value as you can.

I have been working hard for 5 years to build up my YouTube channel it's called adrianisen and I have uploaded over 8000 videos, have over 1 million followers but I still make more rewards here on Steemit by the first month almost! Which shows how much technology is making improvements on the speed of making a living online. It used to be hard. Now it's becoming easier for every day that goes. Which means that you can skip all of those years I had to invest and get much faster returns with this new social media service.

Yes it will still take some real work but you will get 10X back in value then what I got back in 2011. What I see on Steemit is that if you produce quality and pay attention then you can be in top 5% of users on this site very fast.

Even awesome posts on this service only has around 100 comments sometime. So a few quality feedback posts and you will be seen a lot on this site and stand out! Remember that people that have higher reputation on this service want to see you succeed. It's in their best interest to see you win because it will be awesome for them to have more users giving legit value to the community.

And if we play with the idea that you create a strong tribe of 30 people on this site that each support each other then you can probably have it as your new job! This is way better system than the old YouTube, Facebook and Instagram system where you try to gain as many followers as possible. That takes years! This service you can focus in on a few people and create great connections to develop trust and value.

When you have a strong tribe then you can start to reach out on the other platforms that are more mainstream and let more people join in on the fun! And it truly feels great every time you can bring someone else up and help them out in the beginning. It's like a mentor system that the other platforms doesn't have. Over there it's more every man for himself. Which is kind of a sad system. It breeds a scarcity mentality. On Steemit we are generating true abundance.

Remember that abundance is our nature. The abundance of your atoms in your body and how they all have your DNA copy inside (Not an expert on this topic but I read about it in a book!). Sometimes I feel that we are scared of the abundance and what we can become. But I believe in a more sharing economy that we can overcome those fears and move passed that.

With Steemit what we are doing with money is that we are starting to stream it more. Just like we are doing with music! The reason why this is good is because money that flows around more creates a better return than keeping it locked up and hidden in a bank account. Letting money and value flow creates trust and abundance. We have plenty for everyone.

Very excited how this new system can remove poverty even more. I am so impressed by the speed of Steemit when it comes to giving out rewards and moving around value. That is the core that I believe will make it so this service out-competes the older systems. There is more love being created here. But I believe other platforms will adjust and have to eventually create better systems. If someone works hard then they should be rewarded for it. Or the system is flawed.

In this new world we are connecting buyers and sellers faster. The excited part about that is how it truly opens up abundance. We have billions of humans connected to the Internet. We can find millions that like our specific niche of content! There is a demand in the world for many things. You can be there and help to fill that demand. We are taking blogging and vlogging to the next level where it will be more about we instead of me. More about sharing than taking.

We humans always want to expand and become something larger than our self. Steemit will help us connect more with others to build a giant network of an online community with love and trust. What this eventually will lead to nobody really knows. But we are building something new. Something me as a Geek find exciting. The start of real digital tribes that is what I would like to say Steemit is. The power is back in people's hands.

Humans are extremely smart social creatures so it's best to invest in them and create real connections. It does seem like we are starting to create two worlds the slow offline world and the fast digital world. In the future with AI we can probably speed up the offline world as well maybe by improving our DNA or it will happen because we will have intelligence everywhere in all objects. And it will all be connected to the Internet.

I will invest more of my time in Steemit, over a period of 3 weeks I been getting over 130 followers which I highly appreciate! If the site keeps giving me value then I believe I will move most of my focus to this platform. It's a little bit like we are making the whole world into a video game. Where you can be anything you want and live your whole life just communicating with machines.

Virtual reality will make it so there will be no need to own anything. Since you will be able to get all experiences via software. Especially when it becomes better. It's already very realistic with HTC Vive headset. And that is just the first version! Imagine that in 10 years.

Would love to see a Steemit in future with a virtual HTC Vive steam app so you can explore this social media site in a 3D world. Like second life but much improved with better graphics and more realistic. Maybe with AI robots we can simulate human touch. But that is probably still 10 years before we will see.

As of right now we call value exchange for money. But with services like Steemit I believe exchanging value will become so natural that eventually we won't even think about it. Will just be like water or electricity! Something that we take for granted. Things in the universe are always moving towards better stability. We have been making amazing progress the last 200 years. But in times like this there will also be much fear of what is coming.

Usually people don't like changes especially not in times like this where change is constant! The speed of technology is making everyday into a brand new adventure. If we look at how much people love video games we can be pretty sure that people will be totally absorbed by services like Steemit.

I had my sister and her boyfriend try out my HTC Vive. They completely lost track of time and played with it for hours! People love this new things. And more people will start to adopt it.

Saw some interviews with Steemit CEO that I heard have big plans for the future of Steemit. Getting tons of developers on board to develop new apps and features. Which is super exciting how they are building so many niche apps on this one platform. It truly will make Facebook look like stone age!

I'm super excited about the future now. I was a bit sad for a while thinking that maybe we won't see any new cool things. But now wow! My friend introduced me to Steemit around 1 month ago! It has been a total paradigm shift for me how this will change everything eventually. This is even a bigger change than what the Internet was!

We are empowering people big time with services like Steemit. Which is very exciting because anything can happen then. We only use a little part of our super brain. What if we can maximize it? What things will we create and build? Only the human heart could have created a service like Steemit. Don't underestimate love! Humans truly are kind and want to make the best work possible on earth! We just have to encourage people more to be awesome! Be you! I love when I find a unique person. Because I can see so much potential in them.

Love how Steemit is working to explore other ways to give out rewards. Like using tokens for example and even give out rewards when people click on something. Another kind of reward. If it's something we have learned about iOS and Android apps it is that people love numbers and games! Click games like AdVenture Capitalist are super popular. People love seeing those digital numbers go up!

When we connect this to real rewards like currency even better! There is 1 final major thing I want to see that will change this world and that is robots that can deliver food to your home! That would complete the process where you can live your whole life without seeing a single person. Doing everything from the comfort of your home! Exploring new dimensions in your new VR headset. Having all experiences available without having to expand so much energy of walking around in the external world!

There will probably be lots of potential to invest in other platforms that will compete with Steemit when they show up! Getting in early on these new things will truly be rewarding when you play the long term game! Just some quick thoughts here. Will maybe make another update in a month or so to see if I have learned anything else that is cool!
