The way to request to be removed from the blacklist is to appeal in steemit.chat on the channel #steemitabuse-appeals
Looking back through your content, it looks to me like you work in a restaurant and take pictures of the food that you prep at work. If this is the case (and you are not copying images from online), consider telling us where you work and use a menu description of the food (or tell us how to make it).
If the abuse complaint is for being "spammy" consider your number of posts and post quality. Post using appropriate tags (food, life, blog). Add descriptions with your photos that show your personality.
