I was just telling Dave it's time for me to get on the ball and toss out some witness votes. Mine isn't worth much either. However, it's similar to votes on posts. Even if it isn't high value monetarily, it still shows support!
It's true, unless you have huge steem power you aren't going to push a witness up the board but hundreds of minnows or thousands of plankton might just. Plus they are a more stable vote too. If a whale falls out with you and takes a huge vote you could loose your place in the top 20.
