I haven't heard from @surpassinggoogle since joining @steemgigs on Discord and offering to help out on a couple of projects. Thanks Michael... that is awesome advice... You brought up @surpassinggoogle in our conversation yesterday and I went to his page to check him out and read his latest blog post which seemed to confirm he was working on helping out the poor. So I thought I'd reach out and see if I could catch up to him. I figured he'd probably never see the message as I see how many comments he has, but I thought I'd give it a try and see... :) I will read what he's up to and I appreciate you giving me guidance on how to work into what is going on and how I can fit. Exactly what we talked about my friend!

I suppose if you are helping Steemit to become a better place then you are helping all of us (myself included). I have never used the expression "Cheers mate" but apparently that is something that we say, even if it is to foreigners and in movies :)

I am sure your actions would have caught the attention of people that want to make a difference here anyway, but I am happy to contribute where I can :)
