If more than one person picks the same number, the reward is shared between the winners. That is fair enough right?
Sure seems fair enough, 10k people daily picking a # between 0-99 is better for your Steem Power, my bad. I didn't fully think through you genius idea. Although I respect your big brain, this idea to game steemit is low brow and kinda trashes up the platform.
