Ingredients
1 chicken (cut 8 or 10)
Ground spices :
7 cloves of red onion
5 cloves of garlic
3 candlenuts
3 segments of turmeric
1 segment of ginger
10 pieces of red chili
5 red chili peppers
Other spices:
2 lemongrass (crushed)
1 galangal finger (crushing)
3 bay leaves
5 orange leaves
10 tbs thick instant (I use sun kara)
500 ml - 750 ml of water
Salt taste
Sufficient sugar (I use sugar tropicana 1 sachet)
Sufficient mushroom stock (I use totole)
Step
Wash clean and drain the chickens that have been cut into pieces
Prepare the spices, and blend all the fine spices. Galangal and lemongrass is quite dimemarkan only.
Saute the finer spices with a little cooking oil until fragrant, add galangal, lemon grass, lime leaves, and bay leaf
Enter the chicken, stirring briefly while the chicken is turned back and forth, then add cooking water until the chicken is tender
Then add coconut milk, may add more water if you want to berkuah, add salt taste, sugar, and mushroom broth, cook again to boiling, flavor correction
