I would probably if at all possible steer clear of any US based exchange, the law makers are aiming to create problems in the crypto currency/token exchange arena. You could see all your funds locked up, if they decide to for any reason. Not sure about exchanging back to fiat currency via a debit card, but there seem to be a few around to chose from.
