Hello steemians,

I just used steemit and thought about how to get upvote in steemit without bot.

After I read an article / post from @damarth I feel challenged to make a good post.

WHY??

As steemit users, we are shareholders in social networks and we are all financially motivated to improve our rating in steemit.
In his post @damarth says it will help vote for the novice steemians.

Here I am trying to quote and explain the purpose of the article.

Sir @damarth will provide daily upvotes into 3 categories:

1.33% votes (3.33 votes out of 100%) will be awarded to new user accounts resulting in quality posts.

2.33% of the votes will be given to the highly favored postings because they feel they deserve a very good reward.

3.33% vote for upvote posting and good comment.
