Fake drug test in Estonia

I'm sorry for not being active at all right now, I don't even have an excuse for that but let it be.

So, about a week ago, somebody on snapchat or Instagram made a post about "drug test" which takes place in schools, there was a specific list of schools too. I think 11-12 schools were mentioned there and everyone got scared by that because lots of people (13-17 years old), do drink alcohol, smoke cigarettes or even smoke weed. Teenagers thought that they are completely f*cked aaaand they decided to stay home until it's over. But there's one thing about it, today 29th November, Estonian news (Delfi) made an article and busted it. Came out that Tallinna Keskkooli students, made a prank about it and they thought that, it's hilarious to do such a prank. They even managed to make a fake Police document. In my opinion, Prank succeeded but it was way too rude, I think they tried to warn teenagers. I agree, people under 18, shouldn't smoke or drink alcohol etc but it's too rude to scare people like that. Thank you for attention!
