persistence without major expectations is the key imho. Work hard at producing content that benefits others in one way or another. Providing enough self-less benefits to others is the only way to long term success imho.

Content that benefits others can be anything. And sometimes just your own personal story is immensely helpful as ppl can relate it to their lives.
