I know what you mean! I broke my back in 1985- I fell off a bridge about 25 feet and landed on some huge rocks. The doctor said I'd be in a wheelchair within 10 years and it would mess everything else up. Now my hips, knees, shoulders, hands and feet are all messed up. I'm in constant pain and without medication, I can barely move.
