Courage ~ Not from the Mind
Courage ~ Not from the Fight
Yet a pristine Courage Beyond Duality with it’s limitations of Blame, Shame, Judgments and Projections
Courage ~ From the Heart

In our human form, most of us have spent quite a bit of energy establishing strong boundaries with others, yet our journey in life is to experience the boundless – the boundless nature of love. And we are capable of doing this because a human being is really the infinite masquerading as the finite.

We pretend - in our human form, in our human personality, in our human lives - we pretend that we are limited, that we have edges and boundaries, that we can’t do this and we can’t do that and that we’re inadequate in certain ways. And we’ve come to believe those boundaries or limitations that are inherent in being human. But in fact, we are also quite capable of experiencing boundlessness, of experiencing the infinite, of being unlimited, of knowing ourselves as infinite consciousness. Remember that research shows that most of us only use 10% of our brain capacity. Think about that other 90% that most of us have not even tapped.

Courage from the Heart is the heart that is unbounded and no pun intended, it requires a great deal of Courage! There is, really, beyond the human sphere or the sphere of human creation, there is one heart – one infinite, endless heart – one infinite, endless state of divine love – it doesn’t have any boundaries. It doesn't turn on and off and it's constant and never-ending.

In our human lives we experience love as a limited state because there are so many veils that we have placed around the heart. It’s as though the heart has become cocooned inside some limiting beliefs that we hold about ourselves, about our capacity to love and about our capacity to be love. If we are committed to awakening and living our fullest potential and highest frequency, then we can peel away that cocoon. The clearer we become the more we discover that love is really the first place that we encounter that sense of limitlessness that we’re capable of experiencing. It’s the first – there are other levels of opening, yet through the heart is where we first touch that. And it’s through the heart that we find our common ground.

It's no secret that human beings live with a sense of separation from one another, they don’t necessarily feel very connected – at times they do yet it’s because they reach across the separation in order to create a sense of connection. Because the consciousness is bound by the body, there’s a sense of being contained, of having boundaries, and love of course, is an energy that cannot be contained by the body at all. And it goes beyond that and that’s because of its infinite nature. It touches everything, it is everywhere at once. The desire to feel this authentically is what drives us to most addictions. The desire to feel the rush of the heart.

So, once we get past the idea of the heart being (and the love that we hold in our hearts being) a personal, finite experience - finite meaning that it has boundaries or limitations – once we get past that, we are able to experience that as a field of awareness of the most refined awareness that stretches infinitely beyond our capacity to see its boundaries – it doesn’t have any. And it moves in and through each one of us. In other words, our heart is one heart shared commonly by everyone.

Sounds so simple when I write the words, yet I know from pure experience that it's much harder to find and sustain this infinite love that we all know exists. Recently, I learned a little scientific exercise that the HeartMath Institute offers called the 'Coherence Technique.' https://www.heartmath.org/gci/introductory-heart-coherence-technique/ They suggest that instead of focusing on love to find coherence between our mind and our heart that we instead focus on caring, appreciation, gratitude and compassion. I've been doing this little exercise at least twice a day and have noticed huge shifts. I was especially curious about how hard a time I had feeling compassion? What boundaries do you put in place to keep your heart protected? Are they healthy boundaries or are they yet another way to keep yourself shutdown and limited? Things that make me THINK and challenge my untapped 90 percent!
