Twitter may block accounts during live broadcasts.
In the series of ongoing efforts to make the web a safer place for everyone. Twitter is getting tough on those who send abusive comments on its live-streaming platform.
The microblogging site confirms it on sunday that it would suspend the accounts of such habitual offenders from August 10.
The periscope community guidelines apply to all broadcasts on both periscope and twitter. Any violation of these guidelines will first review by the respective community and the account will observed in future for its activities and if the account is found violating the guidelines repeatedly sending chats that violate their guidelines it will be suspended.
Next time, If you are in a broadcast and see a chat that may violate the guidelines please report it and contribute to help in transforming the internet a safer place for every users.
That's good news, atleast we are taking such strong action against such people who spit their abusive words from behind the screen and not everyone is able to ignore such abusive comment.
