Obviously the cryptocurrency community are likely to be early adopters, but that's not really mainstream. Steemit needs to get known by bloggers, artists, musicians and others. There are some here and they will spread the word via their contacts. I was forgetting the Rolling Stone article. I'll add that to the post.
I'm sure it will catch on, but whats really needed is more daily active users, then we will see things really start to pick up!
Yes it needs more active users, but they need an audience. We're stuck in a loop. I'm being extra active to compensate :)
I'm going to start spending my time working on more quality post, and try 3 or 4 a week, and as I get better I will try to increase that number. Not to mention curating and commenting.
