Internal market has problems too. Mainly lack of liquidity to make it a reasonable place to trade large amounts. The lack of liquidity also makes the internal market extremely susceptible to manipulation. I've watched it being manipulated before and reported it to a witness. The response that I got was that manipulation of the market is the nature of the market.
