Anonymous Block Button

I think it would be good if we could have a "Anonymous Block Button" so that if someone posted something that was illegal or inappropriate we could block it. I don't want them to know I was one of the ones to block it in case they are a nasty piece of work. Otherwise we are going to end up with so much advertising and other shit that people will stay away from steemit in droves.
