The Way I See It Is Steem Is Indeen Still In Beta Phase, Due To People Taking Advantage Of The Current HF19 Weaknesses And Quality Posts Getting Not Getting Any Attention... But The Good Thing Is That We Have Extremely Understanding Witnesses Who Don't Try To Hard Fork The Blockchain :)
