I've not played with it much, but I think it's just a simple list. We may have to wait for others to provide better tools. I could use this too as I will often see posts I want to read or watch later when I have more time when I scan the feed.
This will be helpful for the time being. It works for me for now. I like when I am finished comsuming the post's content I can remove it so I don't get cluttered up. Thank you.
