FYI Golos have made HF yesterday adding a lot of new parameters to Consensus State, including min_curation_reward and max_curation_reward.
Last time I've checked it was min 25, max 50.
The author is supposed to be able to choose anything between min and max

Now it's already 75% min, 75% max, I didn't really expect that )
However right now there's no simple interface available for author to regulate %. There's only some minimalistic Steemconnect-like tool, made by some independent dev. And it was found out that the code allows for author to set initially max and then to change it to min before payout.
I guess the 75% min might be just some quick "bug-fix" for that.
Wow, so curators are getting 75% now? I hope they fix the bug, but I'd also be interested to know how people using the blockchain are responding to the 75% setting...
