After a long time

Hi folks,
I am online on steemit after 3-4 years. And I can see lots of changes are there. So can anyone tell me or help me to understand about the steemit.

I am unable to download TRX wallet
No so much upvote and connections.
How to earn here
How to connect with each other
And so on
And I one more thing I have noticed that steemit logo has been changed.
