If you are active on STEEM you can power down a small percentage and withdraw some STEEM while still growing in overall STEEM power.
Think about it like pulling a salary from your own company. You don’t have to keep everything powered up or power everything down.
fully agree, I just want to see people making some attempt. I get it that people need to live, but so do you and so do I.
