Questions for the More Expierneced Steemians

I am pretty new to steemit and cryptos in general. I have found some good resources, but I'm still getting acclamated the culture and concepts.

I want use this post to get a better understanding of the community and culture. Please feel free.

Do you think the growth of steem could accelerate to a critical point? For example, too many people coming on board too quickly before it's ready.

What about cryptos in general? I ask bc the volatility of cryptos could make a boom and bust, so a gradual approach should work better. I want to tell all my friends and family, but I feel conflicted.

How can we as members make cryptos and steemit more approachable? When I first started getting into it, I Googled constantly and struggled to explain it. I have a decent handle on it now. Well, not too great. What are some practical steps that you have taken to make this happen?
