The importance of a Cheerleader: Who's on your team?steemCreated with Sketch.

Who is your favorite team? More importantly than you know. Who are their cheerleaders?.....

.... Who are yours?

Who is in your life that is cheering you on? Who always has your back, maybe it is your mother, or your father, maybe a sister or a brother. Family, they can be a great cheerleader in your life usually more in crucial times of need than everyday in everything. Some people out there have broken families, orphaned, only child, many siblings, the differences are incredible. I saw differences and maybe I should explain, but that is a different story.

What about your friends?

What do they say about what you are doing? What do they say about who you are. Where can you be someone different and not be rejected, where can you take destructive paths who understand you enough to show you a better one. Who looks out for you when you are in the pits, and who cheers when you are on your feet.

A wise man once said: "Be cautious of those who don't cheer when you win first place."

This doesn't necessarily mean that we are to pay them every attention, if you think you are close to someone and then you win at something, maybe get a promotion, a raise, or a better job. Maybe even just something simple like $20 on a scratch ticket or getting a big tip at work. If your best friend and you go and buy scratch tickets and you win $20 and decide to get gas with it. If they aren't there cheering you on and even upset about it. I would have a conversation about it, do it them before you take on bigger responsibilities with them.

People who do things without benefit rhyme or reason

Sometimes you will meet strangers who bend over backwards to help you maybe even give you the shirt off their back. Sometimes family does the opposite, trust those who trust you, and don't give someone your trust to get it. Keep beside you those who cheer for your success, and stick beside you even when you are losing.

You, my fellow Steemians, are part of my cheerleaders. Thank you for being a part of my experience.

Everything you do here on Steemit helps either build up or tear down the cheerleading squad. What side do you take? A cheerleader, or a booer? Rarely do you see someone who boos also cheer.

Have a wonderful day, and Steem on my friends,
