Sure - when you send any amount of SBD to @tipU you create a deposit (like a bank account). You can withdraw it anytime you want or tell @tipU to use it. For example - to send 0.1 SBD to other users by writing tip! in the comment (under a post that you like - the tip will be send to post author).
