@tipU Quick Update - Missing Votes at 08.12.21
Hi guys, I've been doing updates to the code which resulted in some missing votes today.
If this happened to you, please send 0.001 steem to @tipu with memo: refund to instantly receive your funds back. Sorry for the problem!
As for the updates - buying votes for comments was blocked (it was before but steemit changed comments link from re-... to r3... so this was updated). Also there's now a limit how many times author can be upvoted by @tipu.
Hopefully those changes will allow more users to receive upvote from @tipU :) If you would like to know more:
