Yeh your right. That's how the world works these days. It doesn't matter who's right or wrong or in this case. Good content or bad content, if you get the most votes...you win.
Not all the time of course but I see content all the time that is simply a share or even copy and paste.
oh there is no reward for resteeming other people's contents.. we do it when we like the content.. original content creators get the reward.. and as for copy pasting the steem cleaners are working on that.. they might be earning for a while but in the end they will magically see their reputation got subtracted..
And it's natural.. most people who earns big rewards are those who have been here for over a year.. compared with them it's only 4 months since I have been here.. and I got lot to learn.. many of them knows programming language and can make apps so they are earning a lot.. and it's not like I'm not earning anything.. it's because of them that my zero balance steemit account is now valued at $200+ so yeah it's not like I'm not getting any reward at all.. beside I was always a slow learner but I'm sure once I learn I too will also be able to earn big reward everyday.. Sometimes I get jealous of the big whales but sooner or later I will become a whale too
