It wouldn't hurt to post on your own blog, the search engines still pick up the content pretty well. An older blog will have more domain authority over a brand new one (at least it used to).
yea, google is changing all the time :-)
i will try to make a constant there connected with steemit and maybe twitter...
Hope will do the right thing regarding posting.
