i was already registered and got balance when requested but didnt receive any upvotes when i posted, so re registered and hopefully that works. If anyone can help let me know please

When you made your post your account value was only 0.003$ it have to be at least 0.005, before we upvote. and when you re-registred the server reset your account (including your earned amount)
I have now added added a good amount to your account, to get you going and for all your problems with the service.
