Steemit Reward

How about introducing a reward if you bring new people to steemit? When someone new opens an account there should be a field where the username of the person who introduced this newbie to steemit should be entered. Plus a small amount of steem should be automatically added to the wallet. This would be a nice incentive to attract more people.
