Why mumbai doesnt have many steemians? i guess no1 is interested in blogging here on steemit, most of the bloggers/ article writers i talk to here in mumbai, are writing for mags and news papers, i spoke to them about steemit, and they dont like Blockchain.. lol its wierd that they dont even want to listen. however i showed steemit to some of them, most of them ignored, but some researched on it, and told me to look at the trending/hot page, they told my most of the articles are of programmers, cryptos, specific members and complaints.
However still continuing to tell people about it here. Also Once my youtube channel hits 1000+ subs (should happen quickly hopefully as working on it) ill make a video on steemit. It will get a really different group of people (same hobby).
Nice, we struggle to get four people to for our meet up last night in New York and there was a free bar with liquor. Tell me your secret.
i guess coz mumbai like new york is richest city and busiest too and majority make more money working or doing business.. im not sure if this is correct, but since i visited new york in november, people walk fast just like mumbai, they dont have the patience nor the time.. however i too am still struggling making it big here, im making far more trading/investing in crypto. But i enjoy blogging and sharing, so im still here.. Steemit needs loads of changes, so that everyone gets a fair chance.. I guess only the earlier/lucky/famous people make it big here.. Coz i see many stupid posts with just a phot of the dinner plate or having some thai noodles making 500$+.. Or if u are a programmer and make someting connected to steemit, u make it igh then.. In india steemit is gaining success in small cities/towns ( job/IT oreinted) for eg. jaipur is still pretty much a village. PEACE.
You are absolutely correct, I am very new to this community I do believe the is great potential for this platform. Like you said time, patience and networking we will succeed.
