Chicken ball

Chicken ball is one of the fast food items in chicken. It can be eaten with khalimukhe or fried rice. Again it can be made with chicken balls. The processed chicken balls, which are usually processed in the market, can be consumed in submerged oil. But those who like to eat a little fries, they can be made with fresh ingredients in the kitchen.

Ingredients

Chicken meat (cut into small pieces of bite or chicken mince): 2 cups
Onion potato 2 teaspoons
1 tablespoon of garlic
Adabatah 1 tablespoon
Chilli, chopped 4-5
Ziragadhara: 1 tea spoon
Pepper powder 1 table spoon
Lemon juice: 2 teaspoons
Potatoes, medium 1
The bread is 1
Biscuit powder / breadcrumbs 1/2 cup
Oil amounted to quantity
Salt to taste

Steps

Step 1

First boil the potato and chicken meat together. Then boil the boiled potatoes and chicken meat together.
Step 2

Mix the meat with the potatoes very well. After that, the rest of the day all the spices are the national ingredients. If the mixture is too soft, then mix it with a piece of bread.
Step 3

Then make a round goal ball. Pull this ball into a biscuit powder.
Step 4

Take oil in the pan with boiled oil and fry the balls reddish.
Step 5

Well, this afternoon, serve hot hot snack, with a favorite sauce.
