We don't have it all figured out yet, I actually think it is a good thing that people are starting to experiment with flags and using their stake to encourage the type of usage we want to achieve. Everyone has different tolerances for spam, both authors and curators are going to have to do some things wrong as figure this out.

Both sides should try to be patient with those who are truly trying to work in the best inter\sent of the platform. It's also good we talk about it.
