There is a baby bird in a Chimney in a house I'm renovating

Here is the baby bird in the chimney of the house I'm fixing up. I'm not sure what to do to help the bird to survive. I'm worried if I call Animal Control they will just kill it. Any advice?

    Okay so far... I'm not 100% sure but I think it is a chimney swift with a fallen nest. I'm still talking too people and searching the net.
