"micropayment platform built on Steem" you can transfer Steem dollars to anyone you want.
What I mean is a platform that can be used without not necessarily having a Steemit account (but built on the Steem platform) and can be used out on the open web. Kind of like how Facebook opened up "Liking" of articles outside their platform.
Still have sign in to facebook. So you'd just need Steem login api.
