Simple cooking | Frittata Recipe
Do you feel like having a new morning breakfast menu on your table?
I got you. I have one new breakfast dish prepared for you, it is called The Frittata
Frittata is an egg-based Italian dish similar to an omelette or scrambled eggs, enriched with additional ingredients such as meats, cheeses or vegetables. The word frittata is Italian and roughly translates to "fried".
I would really recommend this dish because its creamy, cheesy and meaty!
so start preparing the kitchen utensils to be used
~Prepare~
skillet pan
spatula
mixing bowl
knife
cutting board
fork
plate

~Ingredients~

olive oil
chopped onion
minced bell pepper
4-6 beaten eggs
1/4 cup fresh milk
chopped parsley
grated cheese
chopped meat ( Ham, Bacon, Hotdog) It's up to you
pinch of salt n pepper

~Procedure~
--
mix the beaten eggs and the fresh milk
heat the skillet pan on a medium level
on the skillet pan, pour a dash of olive oil then scatter
When the oil is now ready, stir-fry the onion, then to be followed by the bell pepper
add the meat then cook for 2-3 minutes
when its ready pour the mixed egg into the pan and wait for it to harden for a little
mix the cheese on top of the layer
then topped the dish with parsley
wait for the dish to have that golden brown ends
place the dish on a place then slice
