Steemit awards 2024//My Quartet nominations!
Thank you Steemit team for providing me an opportunity to nominate best teacher,best learner,best contest maker and all rounder that are eligible for steemit awards 2024 because of their journey of struggle they made in year 2024
As a best teacher,I want to nominate myself. I have applied for season 22 leading challenge and Steemit team give me an opportunity to show myself as best teacher and I am performing my role as a teacher now! I know that just one week I have passed as a teacher but whatever I did is best in this week!
I consider myself as best teacher because I tried to put maximum efforts in my weekly course,and each terminology that I mentioned in my course I justified and explained it with both practical and algebric examples!
More than this I tried my best to be equal for every student and I avoid any kind of favouritism throughout the week and definitely I will maintain it throughout the season. No one complains me of missing his or her post regarding reviewing of post! I tried my best to review all the posts before 20 hours!
Due to all these reasons I consider myself to be nominated as best teacher!
• Through example one you can take and visit my comprehensive course I delivered in week 1 about variables and expressions.
• Through example two you can see how fairly I have selected winners timely without creating any confusion and you can also visit their posts for checking my reviews!
For this category again I am nominating myself because from the time learning challenge has started I tried my best to participate in at least 7 learning challenges each week and not only this I also make sure to get more than 9 grade at each of my participation and I remain more than 85% successful in it!
I consider myself as best learner because if teacher point out any of my mistake in any participation then I always tried to take it positive rather than showing any aggressive behaviour or giving any arguing statement! So this is also a quality of good learner which I consider I have!
• Through example one you can see my most recent learning challenge participation and an excellent grading I received at my participation with shows my maintenance of content quality in learning challenge.
• Through example number 2 again you can see most recent learning challenge participation at which again I received an excellent grading and by comparison of both it can be clear that how I am trying to take different courses each week!
For this category nomination I want to nominate a very dear friend @wakeupkitty who is best contest maker according to me because of her creativity and consistency in making contests as well as also in participating different contest!
More than this if I talk about another reason to nominate her as a best contest maker then this is her way of giving big prizes for winners and in this way she tries to keep winners motivated for more and more participations and whenever she organised any contest,she remain active until expiry date of contest for giving reply to participants of her contest through commenting actively!

For this category "All rounder" I want to nominate one and only @kouba01 who achieved everything because of his consistency and hard work since he joined steemit and many people leave path of hard work after being successful and now he is successful but still he is hard working which is a plus point!
He is an All rounder according to me because since I joined this platform I saw him very active in all the activities starting from organising contest and participating in them and then further in maintaining his voting CSI by actively voting deserving users and by actively commenting daily on posts of users!
Not only this he is an All rounder because he always make sure to guide every user in case of any problem! I also have personal experience of seeking for guidance from him and still in case of any problem I always approach him and he always timely guide me!
He always make sure to convert at least half of his monthly earnings into his power by following the process of powering up and he is continuous on the way of growing his account which is also important for betterment of Steemit!
• Through example number 1 you can see that how with his consistency of hard work in posting and in powering up he achieved a milestone of 150k steem some days ago.
• Through example number 2 you can see his active participation in learning challenge with good grading!
I am more than surprised about the nomination/s, the Steemit Awards idea included. I have no idea how or what but it looks as if you are the best learner! Congratulations. @kouba01 I hope you will be around long enough it's good to have you here.

Renember it's not about quantity but quality and a personal touch is the best way. I hope to see you grow no matter how busy you are or the personal issues. Better one good one than 10 lousy copy-pasted texts.

I agree with you because, in my view, conversation is not one-sided but is fundamental to any interaction. Our interaction allows us to share thoughts, ideas, and emotions.
The warmth of conversation is the key factor that connects two people not only on this platform but even in the offline world. I am sure with your kind of ability, you must be a popular person in any locality or community online or offline. My best wishes to you, and a joyful, happy Christmas Eve.
What you should know is I am an introvert, observer and thinker. Offline I observe and only speak if I have something to share. I don't see any point in talking, gossip and chats. Those I have are in my head, the letters I exchange with prisoners. Here I learned to write them down to connect and show that if I can do it others can as well.
I want commenters to be rewarded but more the connector/engager. So if there's a long thread of talks and the words are not that many it's worth a reward as well. A few words can make a world of difference and it's the interaction that keeps Steemit alive and a good place to be.

What a coincidence! Would you believe a marketing professional too vocal in his workplace could be as introvert as I am in my real life? True, we can't be as social offline as online, and that too with people whom we know by their views only. Have a great festive time with your loved ones.
I would say: join the club. Everyone I know (most of them here as well) are all introverts (seems also a part of being creative/artistic). We do well on the screen but in real life the noise, extroverts take too much energy same like other aspects of life. I like to have my peace and not be bothered by others. I need room to think. For sure many will call that anti-social but I don't care, nothing wrong with that. I believe I do my share enough in this way.
My loved ones are sent away to celebrate together abroad so my son has a "holiday" this year and a daughter won't be alone again. I babysit the bloody (literally - kidney failure - pees blood) cat and have plenty of time to do as I like (such a luxury).
Another coincidence, my daughter went to Japan with her family for a 15-day trip only yesterday. My wife and I wanted to join them from India but my wife had eye surgery recently so we avoided this trip besides there were three families in the group which is not my style of travel. I prefer going alone or at most with my wife or immediate family. Why don't you send your cat to a pet care?
The only time I travelled with a friend was 1 year ago. That was fun but not too long. Alone I can follow my own pace. If tourists go right I go left.
There's no pet care. We had the (new) vet for a week (daily we visited for an infusion) and this is it. I think it's better for him to be in his home, no stress and I'll see where it ends. He had fun yesterday and purrt a bit and sleeps now in front of the fire.
Btw cat shelters/cares don't take ill animals from private people and if the animal is dumped in a cell with one meal per day for 15 euros per day.
I hope uour wife's eye surgery went well and she has a good start (sight) in 2025.
