It was great watching some of your exercise techniques. I hope your shoulder feels better. Whenever I am in pain, I use SAM-e cellfood (take a few drops on the tongue) or add some ashwagandha root powder and moringa leaf powder to my smoothies. Its great for pain and inflammation and its good for you. You can find them on Amazon.
oohh I have a Moringa tree in my garden =) I never use it, but I know I should! Thanks for the tip =)
