it's actually somewhere in between my shoulder and my collarbone. It feels like a pinched nerve or muscle, I have no idea =). It's much better now but I can still feel it. Letting my arm hang down is actually more painful that using it, very strange...
That's really annoying nothing worse than being injured for people that work out all the time. You may need a deep massage to stop the muscles guarding and causing more pain around the injury. This can bring a lot of pain relief if you can find a good practitioner .
