I remember hurting my ribcage in a boxing sparring match and I was out for 2 weeks. It was even hard to run because of the strain in the ribcage.
uuughhh that hurts! You can't breathe and when you cough it's a nightmare ahahha. Are you still boxing ow?
Sadly I am not boxing at this moment I can barely squeeze in a run these days hahaa.
When i get fat again I'll be sure to go back to boxing as it really burns my fat so fast.
