Shoulder is delicate, be careful with that. I strained my right shoulder like 10 years ago with too much resistance training and computer work at the same time. It still bugs me.
computers are dangerous!!! Maybe that's what made it sensitive in the first place, because I don't recall a specific moment when it happened.
Our bodies are not made for sitting still and moving a mouse for hours, that's for sure.
