Yes, it is now conveying the message that it is perfectly OK for them to sleep around, this clearly says: "don't worry, go ahead, you won't fall pregnant now!" Thank you for your reply.
I'm not against sex..But for pre teens, no way..so much harm...I have re-steemed this post for awareness..
