Learning should be fun to motivate these pupils who are not doing well. As an educator, some may still not be able to do well after leaving my class but building the interest of learning will help them with their future learning and they may eventually find success if they do not give up. It is true that it is not an easy task for us educators when we are faced with pupils with lack of home support and many other disadvantages. There are definitely many realistic and valid points stated in this article that can be a nice reflection for beginning teachers.
