Library, Structure And Modernity - Zulia, Venezuela

The Public Library of the Zulia state, also known by its name "Maria Calcaño" in honor of a Zulian poet.
It was reopened in 1995 with a new headquarters, modern and with high technologies after several interferences in previous years due to political problems and abandonment by the state, providing services in different locations and without continuous operation.
In 2007 this new headquarters is inaugurated with its modern and technological structure so that the library publishes "Maria Calcaño" opens its doors and offers its users tranquility and modernity.
