I think the 1st place is stunning, and a nice 120 seconds for that exposure (see exif). There's movement, it's just really slow :D
Of course ! I don't deny the technical long exposure settings :) Was just giving my opinion about what this theme inspires me. And the shots are awesome no question about that !
