It is the leftover from beer brewing. 🙂
I really like use all the staff that's left in my fridge. That's how I came up with beer yeast bread. As long as I know the only difference between making bread out of beer yeast is that it needs more time to rise and the right temperature.

No but my friend does... He lives near and many times he brings fresh beer yeast and some beer and in this winter months I usually make fresh bread and hot ginger beer and we play some card games until the middle of the night. 🙂
He is showing me and telling me how to make it and it is an interesting process. I may soon be able to try it myself. 🙂🙃
