STAYING HEALTHY IS CHEAP
Many a times we make the mistake of thinking staying healthy is expensive. Thats fallacious because the beat way to stay healthy is to avoid being sick and that tells us about prevention.
A food way to prevent ill health is to regularly exercise. It is recommended that 30 minutes at least 3 to 5 times in a week is adequate to maintain a healthy respiratory system,cardiovascular system,endocrine system and the muscle system.
