You need a financial secretary, accounts and payment is becoming a bother @dimimp all you need to do is send steem to your financial secretary and then he will distribute accordingly.
Good suggestion, but I don't think there is any need for this. I am the head of accounts/audit department of Steemjet and my professional advice is that @dimimp should continue sending it directly to the beneficiaries. Why send it to a third party when you can directly send it to the beneficiaries. Sending directly ensures that the beneficiaries have instant access to the funds and can lay hands on it immediately to implement the planned project. What we do in accounts department is to properly document every payment made, for future reference as you can see here
