Fried Chicken with Vinegret and Mayo!
Hello Steemians!
It is time for some fried chicken!
There are many ways to fry chicken and I have tried a lot of them! To this day I'm trying new things every time! This time I decided to brine it in pickle juice for a night.
Chicken wings in pickle juice brine
After marinating them for a night, on the next day I discarded the pickle juice and started adding the spices.
One good spoon full of your favorite mustard
Drop an egg and some Tarragon!
Sweet or Hot paprika is very important!
I was out of Sweet paprika so I put a little hot paprika!
The frying station!
- Oil has to be around 180c (put it on medium heat and wait to heat up)
- Just roll it around the flour and let them fry
- Fried the wings for 12 minutes
