The slider works with vests and Steem Power inflates over time so right now you'd need a bit more than 500 SP exactly to get the slider. According to steemd it's 0.0005052 S/V, that's steem per vests. 1 million vests gets you the slider which is 505.2 SP right now and growing a tiny bit daily. :)
