The first port of call for businesses, public authorities, community groups looking for a website is a Steem-based SMT system.

One question that I have here is whether businesses and public authorities will be willing to base their services on a decentralized blockchain that they have no control over. 10 years is a very long time, especially given the changes that we are seeing in the world today regarding technology and otherwise, so anything is possible. I think that community groups will be the first movers in this direction.
